At Viv Élevé, every experience is designed to feel elevated and exceptional—for both guests and hosts. If that standard is ever compromised, we want to know immediately. Your safety, comfort, and peace of mind are non-negotiable. If a guest’s behavior crosses a line—whether it’s inappropriate comments, unwanted advances, or any actions that violate our standards—you are not alone. We’re here to support you.

✨ When to Report

  • The guest behaves inappropriately, makes you feel unsafe, or violates your boundaries
  • The guest requests activities outside of the approved experience description
  • You experience harassment, discrimination, or disrespect
  • The guest’s behavior violates Viv’s Terms of Service

🛠️ How to Report

  • Contact Viv Concierge Immediately: Use the site concierge form or email concierge@vivelve.com to flag the issue. We monitor this inbox 24/7 and will respond with haste.
  • Reach Out to Your Host Community Manager: If you’d prefer to talk one-on-one, your HCM is here for you. We’re real people—and your first line of defense.
  • Include These Details in Your Report:
    • Guest name
    • Experience title and date
    • Description of what occurred (please be as specific as possible)
    • Any relevant screenshots or message logs

Viv has zero tolerance for harassment, exploitation, or boundary violations. Any confirmed misconduct results in permanent removal from the platform—and if necessary, we’ll work with local law enforcement authorities. And of course, you always have the right to escalate to law enforcement.
