At Viv Élevé, we provide cancellation policies designed to balance flexibility with commitment. This ensures that every booking is handled with care, professionalism, and trust. As a host, you have full control to select the cancellation policy that best fits your unique offering. Once chosen, your policy will be clearly displayed on your listing, giving guests the confidence to book while respecting the effort you’ve put into creating your experience.
Your Policy Options
24-Hour Rule (Default Setting)
Guests can cancel up to 24 hours before the start time of the experience for a full refund.
This simple and guest-friendly option is perfect for high-demand experiences that require minimal preparation time.
7-Day Rule + 24-Hour Booking Window
Guests can cancel up to 7 days before the start time of the experience for a full refund.
Bookings canceled within 24 hours of purchase are also eligible for a full refund, as long as the booking was made more than 48 hours before the experience begins. This policy is ideal for experiences that require more coordination or have limited seating.
30-Day Rule + 24-Hour Booking Window
Guests can cancel up to 30 days in advance for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations are eligible for a full refund only if canceled within 24 hours of booking, and the booking occurred at least 48 hours prior to the experience. Choose this option for exclusive or high-investment experiences with longer lead times.
